The vegetarians can prepare this delectable dish. Preparing casseroles are an easy task, as this dish requires little or no hard work. One can literally just pile everything and set it to bake. Place all the ingredients, namely, the pepper, corns and onions in a microwave safe casserole. Microwave it on high, with its lid on for about 8 minutes. Remember to stir its content once midway. Then drain all the excess water. Add the soup, redhot sauce, lots of cheese, and French-fried onions with milk. The last step is to put the casserole to bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.

  Seafood- Scallops, Shrimps and Halibut

Many people have the misconception that seafood is difficult to cook, well not, if you have the right recipe. The oven should be preheated to a temperature of 450 degrees F. place the scallops, shrimps and halibuts on a glass oven safe dish and sprinkle wine, lemon juice and butter on them with seasonings and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Keep the dish in the oven until the halibuts turn white and flaky. It should take about 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with parsley.
